The case against a man accused of killing two Outsurance pointsmen, Stanley Nzimande and Michael Modibe, in northern Johannesburg last year has been postponed in the Wynberg Magistrates Court.
The accused is facing two counts of culpable homicide and one of drunk driving.
Sydney Dorane appeared in court briefly, with the case being postponed to 7 April.
The defence has been given until then to prepare a psychological report detailing the impact the incident has had on both victims’ families.
Nzimande and Modibe were travelling in a convoy on the M1 highway when Dorane allegedly ploughed into their vehicle near the Grayston Drive off-ramp last year.
The convoy was travelling to the annual Discovery/702 Walk the Talk in July.
