FIFA Local Organising Committee boss Danny Jordaan on Saturday praised South African police and security forces for ensuring maximum security during the tournament.

Jordaan spoke for the last time on Saturday before the final match between the Netherlands and Spain at Soccer City on Sunday.

He said authorities have done an outstanding job.

“Our police and security forces have done an amazing job,” said Jordaan.
