Kuier at the Castle
Get ready to "shop, eat, play, chill and explore" at Cape Town's newest market, Kuier@TheCastle.
The Craft and Design Institute (CDI), in partnership with the Castle of Good Hope, will launch the monthly market on Saturday (24 February 2024) from 9am to 4pm at the historic Castle of Good Hope.
"From browsing artisanal treasures to indulging in delicious food, enjoying live entertainment, and exploring the Castle's rich heritage, there's something for everyone at Kuier@TheCastle!"
The entrance fee for adults is R30, with children and pensioners paying R15, while children under the age of 7 enter for free.
Safe parking facilities are available via the Castle's Darling Street entrance.

A Choral Celebration at Maynardville
Prepare for an evening of "choral bliss that will resonate in your heart" as the Maynardville Open Air Festival presents the inaugural celebration of choir music.
'Friends in Harmony: A Choral Celebration' takes place on Sunday (25 February 2024) from 6pm to 7h30pm at the Maynardville Open-Air Theatre in Wynberg.
"At the heart of this captivating concert is the renowned Tygerberg Children’s Choir, whose angelic voices and impeccable harmonies have earned them international acclaim."

Ratanga Park Sunset Concerts
The Ratanga Park Sunset Concerts will officially launch on Sunday (25 February 2024).
This "brand new outdoor experience" is set to be held once a month at Ratanga Park.
The first featured artist will be Die Heuwels Fantasties, with rapper Jitsvinger as the opening act.
Organisers say the picnic-style event is suitable for the entire family.
Concert-goers are allowed to bring their own picnic baskets, but no alcoholic beverages or glass bottles are permitted.
There will be wine and beer for sale at the event, as well as food trucks.
Gates open at 4pm and the concert starts at 5pm.
