Based on @juhisanammaharaj comment's section - the internet is divided.
Half of Mzansi says how can you NOT wash pilchards before eating them "to remove the eggs" while the half devours it straight up - from the tin!
As for Bongani and Jono... the feeling is the same.
"Why would you want to wash the pilchards when it's in the sauce already? I don't get it?"
