Andrew Tate and his brother, Tristan Tate, were recently arrested on charges made between 2012 and 2015, which include allegations of sexual assault.

British law firm McCue Jury and Partners represents four women who accuse Andrew Tate of “rape and serious physical and sexual assaults".

The brothers were taken into custody on Monday (11 March) in Romania on a European arrest warrant issued by the British authorities.

The arrest comes after McCue Jury and Partners shared with police information they received that Tate plans to flee Romania, where he faces other charges.

“I’m going to be leaving Romania soon and probably never coming back.”

Following a trial in Romania on Tuesday (12 March), the Bucharest Court of Appeal ruled that the Tate brothers can be extradited to Britain to face sex crime charges after their trial in Romania concludes.

The Tates' lawyer said, the brothers “categorically reject all charges and express profound disappointment that such serious allegations are being resurrected without substantial new evidence".

Andrew Tate, a regular poster of misogynistic content, made a cryptic announcement in the wake of the ruling.

"The Matrix is afraid, but I only fear God."

The brothers also addressed the trial from Romania with a video called "Emergency meeting - hard to kill" on social media.
