A woman who stalked pop singer Harry Styles has been jailed and banned from seeing him perform.

Metro UK reports that Brazilian Myra Carvalho (35) sent the British singer 8,000 handwritten notes and  cards in less than a month to his personal address in London.

A UK court sentenced her to 14 weeks in prison after pleading guilty to a stalking charge.

A 10-year-long restraining order was also imposed, she cannot attend any event where Styles is performing.

She was also ordered not to contact the singer in any way, directly or indirectly.

In January, when Carvalho was charged, Styles’ said he was “really shaken up” by her actions.

This is the second time the 29-year-old has dealt with a stalker.

In 2022, he was targeted by Diana Tarazaga-Orero (28) who reportedly forced her way into his home, damaging property and assaulting a woman.
