Relebogile Mabotja speaks with Juan Boshoff, Creative Director of the Johannesburg World Festival of Food and Drink, Dennis Apollonato, Owner of the Fourways Orexi and Pino Di Benedetto, Co-Owner of Settebello Restaurant at Italian Club.

The Johannesburg World Festival of Food and Drink (at Emperors Palace from 25 April at 4 pm to 5 May at midnight) will feature culinary extravaganzas from all corners of the world

Take your tastebuds on a journey through 16 authentic international street cafés and taverns, and taste dishes from renowned chefs.

This year there's a theatre-style design for each country's stall and a theatrical performance for each country.

Settebello will serve Italian dishes made in-house with traditional ingredients while Orexi will offer delicious authentic Greek street food.

Tickets for adults and children under 13 are R150, and children from 3-12 only pay R60.

Children under 3 get in for free.
