Cell C prioritises the development and empowerment of youth in its corporate social investment endeavours.

Recognising education as a cornerstone for achieving gender equity, Cell C focuses on imparting knowledge, skills, self-confidence, and socioeconomic status to young individuals.

To achieve this goal, the mobile network operator has their See Youth program, which takes a comprehensive approach to youth development, addressing various aspects of a child's life including career, entrepreneurship, education, wellness, and social engagement.

This program acknowledges the interconnectedness of these areas and their pivotal role in shaping a child's overall well-being and future opportunities.

In addition to the See Youth program, Cell C administers the Cell C Bursary Fund, offering financial assistance to underprivileged girls and boys pursuing degrees or diplomas in their chosen fields.

Teaming up with the Tomorrow Trust, a nonprofit organisation, Cell C ensures that each bursary recipient receives comprehensive support.

These initiatives equip participants with essential life skills and guarantee employment opportunities within the organisation upon completion.

"We want to make sure that we put our money where our mouth is, and education and youth is really what we are interested in."
