John Dobson, DHL Stormers Director of Rugby also explains how ready the team is for tomorrow URC clash against Connacht.
John Maytham speaks to John Dobson, DHL Stormers Director of Rugby.
Dobson says the team is 'in good shape' for the URC match against the Irish team, Connacht tomorrow (Saturday18 May) at 6:05 pm in Galway.
During the last URC clash, the Stormers beat Connacht by two points and they hope to do that again in the final 20 in New Port.
"We feel good and focused... it's going to be quite an occasion."
- John Dobson, DHL Stormers Director of Rugby
Dobson is especially confident in tomorrow's 'strong' team which includes the return of World Rugby Champ legends, Manie Libbok, Damian Willemse.
The Stormers are currently ranked fifth on the URC log as Glasgow Warriors rank first, Leinster Rugby second, Munster third, and Vodacom Bulls fourth.
This means the team can't just play to win in the upcoming games if the goal is to rise to the top of the logs which does not look like that will happen this season - but let's see!
The Stormers will be back on home soil as they take on the Lions at DHL Stadium on 1 June - tickets are available for the game, here.
