Some of the issues include lack of refuse collection and water scarcity.
Residents of this top holiday destination on the Garden Route have had to go for weeks without water in the past year.
Uncollected garbage is what was also infuriating residents in this scenic town.
On top of the service delivery challenges, the municipality is also without a manager.
This after a High Court judgment declared Ombali Sebola's appointment null and void earlier this month in an application brought by the Democratic Alliance (DA) last year.
The Western Cape government has also opened a case against the municipality led by an African National Congress (ANC), Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF), Patriotic Alliance (PA), KBI coalition for its failure to address the ongoing solid waste crisis in the town.
