Over the long weekend, the Milton Road toilet blocks on the Sea Point Promenade received a vibrant makeover with the addition of three new art murals.
This creative initiative is led by SJ Artists.
The murals were painted by three talented local artists: Russell Abrahams, also known as Yay Abe; Amy Braaf, who goes by the name Hakopike; and Mika Revell, known as Little Pink Pills.
Each artist contributed their unique style and vision to transform the once plain walls into captivating works of art.
This project not only enhances the beautiful aesthetic of the Promenade but also celebrates local talent, adding to the cultural richness of the community.
"Let's hope they last long and don't get painted over by other people being mean. Check it out while it's still there."
