Woman attacked by 3 wolves while jogging in safari zoo in France

A woman (36) is in intensive care after being attacked by wolves while jogging in an animal park near Paris, French media reported on Sunday.

The woman was staying at a lodge at Thoiry Park in France and strayed into the main 'safari zone', an area typically restricted to cars. 

She ended up in the 'safari zone' with arctic wolves, bears and coyotes.

Three wolves attacked her before she was rescued by park attendants who heard her screams.

The woman was bitten 'on the neck, the calf and the back.'

She is currently in hospital and an investigation is underway.
