WATCH: Joburg residents turn Tyla’s hit ‘Water’ into a protest anthem

When Tyla released her chart-topping hit ‘Water’, she definitely did not think it would become a protest anthem.
Johannesburg residents took to the streets to protest the extended water cuts which are the result of Rand Water’s ongoing maintenance on the network.

Some were holding up placards while others bang empty water bottles together all to the backdrop of Tyla’s hit song ‘Water’.
