In a fiery address to his Gauteng supporters last night, EFF leader Julius Malema challenged any remaining Red Berets leaders considering following the exit of his former deputy, Floyd Shivambu.

The conciliatory tone of their recent joint press conference was notably absent as Malema fiercely defended his actions in response to weekend reports that he had prioritised his personal interests over the party during post-election negotiations.
