Every Thursday, Rameez Khan (Kfm Mornings with Darren, Sherlin and Sibs) visits courthouses around Cape Town to ask people why they're there. This week, getting married and an assault case brings people to the courthouse.
Listen below.

Rameez found a couple at the courthouse getting married after delaying it for three years due to Covid-19. Congrats to these lovebirds!

He also found a woman visiting the courthouse for an assault charge - but it's the details that need a moment to shine.

The woman says she felt that 'things weren't right'. She did a quick Facebook stalk and found that her best friend's boyfriend of three years is married (with kids), so she 'klapped' him.

Let the record show that the woman clarifies that she didn't 'assault' the cheater - only a few klaps were involved...

"I found out he was living a double life, of course, I'm gonna klap him. It wasn't really assault, I just klapped him... and I should've bliksemmed him even more."

This ride-or-die bestie says her friend loved this cheating man and was heartbroken when she told her the news.

She continues to say that she 'klapped him a good couple of times' and told his wife what was happening.

This bestie leaves some advice for women who need a reminder...

"Cheating is a no-go at all. To us women, we cannot stand for it."

Hold on... she also shares some advice for cheating men...

"To all the men who are cheating, you better stop cheating and appreciate your women, especially if you have kids."

There you have it, a marriage and a klap were on the cards at the courthouse this week.

So, if 'things don't add up', a Facebook stalk might help you find answers.
