Kfm Crew star, Danté Poole nominated for 'Best TV Presenter' at 2024 SAFTAs

Kfm fam... we know you love our Kfm 94.5 crew - plugging you with the best spots around the Cape while reporting live from absolutely any and everywhere... they do the most to bring you all the vibes all the time.

One Kfm crew member, Danté Poole (@dantecarlopoole) is doing the things not only on the air waves but off it too - he just got nominated for a South African Film and Television Award (SAFTA) (and he'll win... let's speak it into existence).

And yes, you know him man, the one with the eyes and lekker vibe.

If you didn't know, the 26-year-old broadcaster was born and raised in Cape Town and got his 'first big break' at 19 years old on a television show called Hectic On 3 on SABC 3.

After wrapping up three seasons of the show, Danté ventured into radio and joined the Kfm 94.5 crew family in 2021 as a digital and on-air correspondent. 

One thing about Danté, he doesn't rest - while at Kfm doing the things, television came knocking with an opportunity in hand.

(Obvs, because what people hear Danté do on air gets even better when you get to see him on a screen doing the things.)

Danté joined season 17 of the long running iconic-live youth show called Hectic Nine-9 on SABC 2.

It's here where Danté's excellent presenting skills garnered him to bag his first-ever 2024 South African Film and Television Awards (SAFTAs) nomination in the 'Best TV Presenter' category after seven years in the television and broadcasting industry. 

All that's left now is for Danté to WIN... so let's make it happen Kfm fam!
