Amabokoko! The Women Boks are ready to show Italy wat hulle nie weet nie!
Athlone Stadium will host a double-header on Saturday, 12 October at 2pm when the Women Boks take on Italy, and Australia face Scotland in round 2 of the WXV 2 tournament.
There’s a lot at stake this weekend, with the identity of the champions and the destination of the remaining Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025 tickets still to be decided, so it’s definitely not to be missed.
Tickets cost R35 for adults (R25 if you book 2 tickets or more), and R10 for children under 18.
Book via Ticketmaster.
"Last week it was a different vibe than last year and we're really looking forward to the crowd being behind us."
- Franzel September, Assistant Coach
"The South African style of rugby is very physical... people don't want to play against us because we hurt them... so it's about the dominance and the scrum but we have players that's good at every level and it's a good balance in our team where for one weakness there's a strength and that is our strength as a team as well."
- Nadine Roos, Fly-half - Springbok Women
Nkosi Sikelel'iAfrika - the team is ready!
