Disney's The Magic Box is at The Artscape until 22 October: 'It's a full kaleidoscope of Disney'

Lester Kiewit speaks to Hazel Feldman, producer of Disney’s The Magic Box which brings the joy of Disney animation and song to the Artscape and Jozi's Montecasino’s Teatro.

All of Disney. One epic musical. The Magic Box weaves together much-loved Disney songs, characters and tales, to create a magical nostalgic musical experience that brings 100 years of Disney alive on stage that's perfect for all generations — with an extra touch of magic for nostalgic adults!

Disney’s The Magic Box, a theatrical experience is currently showing at the Artscape Theatre until 22 October and then heads to Montecasino’s Teatro, Johannesburg, from 22 November.

The 26-member top-notch cast features some of South Africa’s finest, fresh young talent whose performances are set to enthral audiences as they take patrons on an immersive 90-minute theatrical experience which includes:

• a sensory feast featuring captivating projections, elaborate costumes, enchanting animations and more to create an innovative theatrical masterpiece
