Yoh! Take us back to this day in 2023.
Why?Β
The 2023 Rugby World Cup final was played one year ago today (28 October) at the Stade de France in Saint-Denis, France.
We know, where did the time go, right?

Of course, for South Africa's Springboks, history was made as the Bokke became back-to-back champs.
We felt the spirit of Ubuntu and proudly proclaimed to each other, "Hulle weet nie wat ons weet nie!'
Ah, what a time!
Since then, so many Springboks had little bokkies...
- Handre and Marise Pollard became parents to baby boy Hunter Andre.
- Faf and MinΓ© de Klerk welcomed baby girl Remi Rose.
- Eben and Anlia Etzebeth are also parents to a baby girl.
- Springbok hooker Bongi Mbonambi and his wife Anastacia Mbonambi (Stacey) also announced that they are expecting a little bundle.
- Makazole Mapimpi shocked fans with two announcements: pregnancy and a partner?! Yip.
- Malcolm Marx and partner Kirsten have a baby boy in the oven.
- Mabea and Andre Estherhuizen will also welcome their third child this year.
Also, Eben Etzebeth became the most-capped (128!) Springbok ever.
Damian Willemse, Steven Kitshoff along with many others sustained injuries... as the game goes.
And, of course, we can't forget the music - the songs that got us to skud our biscuits and feel the green and gold vibe from France with a 'Sister Bethina' remix - remember, 'Amabokina?' AMABOKOBOKO, MAN!
Here's to the Springboks who truly made a nation feel #StrongerTogether!
What a moment, a day we won't forget π
