'A hollow dream of a new dawn was sold to the nation': MK party slams Ramaphosa's administration
The MK Party says 2025 is the year South Africans will reclaim their power.

JOHANNESBURG - The uMkhonto weSizwe (MK) Party says 2024 was a year of broken promises and betrayal from President Cyril Ramaphosa's administration.
The one-year-old party, which is led by Former President Jacob Zuma, said the country had regressed under the current political leadership.
The MK Party said 2025 was the year South Africans would reclaim their power.

The party’s spokesperson, Sipho Tyira, said Ramaphosa had proven to be an indecisive president concerned with appeasing powerful people over the marginalised.
"South Africans continue to endure worsening socio-economic hardships due to the continued failure of Ramaphosa’s administration to deliver on its commitments and promises. A hollow dream of a new dawn was sold to the nation, yet South Africans continue to linger in the doldrums of a never-ending dusk," said Tyira.
