It appears a small town in Italy has outlawed illness.
Mayor Antonio Torchia of Belcastro in the southern region of Calabria has ‘ordered’ people to avoid contracting illnesses that require medical assistance.
The provocation is aimed at highlighting the town’s inadequate access to healthcare.
