Legendary composer Lebo M announces 1st-ever show

The Grammy award-winning producer and composer celebrates 40 years in the music industry.

And what better way to do it than with a massive party at the GrandWest? 

“Everything we’ve been building since I started in this business leads to today… We are finally announcing my first concert in history.”

He will be joined by Hans Zimmer on 18 April 2025 at the Grand Arena at GrandWest in Cape Town. 

The show will also feature the 45-piece Cape Town Philharmonic Orchestra, the 25-piece Soweto Spiritual Choir, the Ndlovu Youth Choir, Mi Casa as well as the Drakensberg Boys Choir. 

“We didn’t just want to do a show, it is celebrating my career, celebrating our country, celebrating who we are as Africans… about two and a half hours of a huge extravaganza.”
