This month, the Namib Desert International Jazz Festival will be taking place at Dune 7, the tallest dune in the world and a Unesco World Heritage site.
The festival is brought to you by Camissa Solutions, in partnership with Cape Talk, 702 and MSC Cruises.
It will feature three stages between Swakopmund and Walvis Bay, with incredible international and local acts including Jonathan Butler, Peter White, Elan Trotman in Tribute to Marvin Gaye, and Marion Meadows, to name a few.
“This is amazing for us! We are living the life.”
- Peter White
In addition to this, MSC Cruises is offering an incredible six-night Jazz Cruise along the African coast, with exclusive Jazz performances on board.
“On this cruise, you’ll see, we all get together and just jam with each other.”
- Peter White
The ship will depart from Cape Town on 16 March 2025 and bring the guests to Walvis Bay in time for the festival’s main event in the Namib Desert, before sailing back to Cape Town.
“It is a well-oiled machine. There is a series of activities and entertainment from the time of departure.”
- Lovetta Bolters
If you are joining the cruise you must remember your passport as you will be crossing international waters.
