SA Weather Service issues level 4 weather warning for KZN

The South African Weather Services (SAWS) has issued a level four weather warning for KwaZulu-Natal. It predicts significant rainfall, which could lead to disruption across the province on Tuesday, 15 April 2025.
The forecast indicates showers that will commence at midnight and continue into Wednesday, posing a considerable risk to public safety with the following impacts:
- Flooding of settlements, roads and bridges.
- Damage to property and infrastructure.
- Damage to mud-based houses.
- Poor driving conditions.
- A disruption of traffic flow due to roads and bridges being closed or flooded.
