North Korea embarrassed by navy warship falling over during launch event
At least three officials have been detained in connection with the incident.

Gilchrist says you can see from satellite images that the 5 000-ton navy destroyer is on its side in the water alongside the key. There's another bit that's on land. He says the ship tipped over during its official launch event.
He says North Korea's leader Kim Jong Un has declared it a criminal act. At least three people have been detained.
"What could happen next will be a worry for them. But generally speaking a billion dollar navy destroyer should not fall off a key and flip over."
