Mango Airlines is reportedly working to finalise a deal with a new investor that should see it back in South African skies.
This comes four years after the airline was grounded.
However, Leitch argues that saving the airline may be more trouble than it is worth, and Mango will have to deal with unflown ticket liability; flights the airline sold but could not deliver.
Once this liability is dealt with, the airline would either be shut down or bought, which Leitch does not see as likely.
