It's a victory for the Digital Law Company after a week of legal arguments in court.
Meta has agreed to hand over - to the extent available - the names, addresses, phone numbers and IP addresses of the people behind the profiles and WhatsApp channels posting graphic child pornography.
Dozens of Instagram accounts and WhatsApp channels were posting graphic child pornography and identifying individuals and their schools.
"Hopefully we'll be able to use this information to find this person and help some of these victims open criminal cases against them."

Aside from the important legal precedent that this case has now established, Wilson says the bigger message is that people can't always hide behind anonymous accounts.
"We can hopefully show that there's no such thing as true anonymity online... that if you do really atrocious horrible things and harm people, you will be found out and held to account."
