The media was denied permission to broadcast proceedings.

The State told the court that it still needs to obtain information from a car tracker to include as part of its evidence.

The case has been postponed to next month.

The municipal workers will remain on bail while the man, believed to be the potential buyer, plans to relaunch his bail application after his first attempt failed.
