The power couple is reportedly preparing to swap their glitzy lifestyle for the English countryside, with plans to settle in the picturesque Cotswolds.

Known for its rolling hills and historic charm, the Cotswolds has become a go-to retreat for celebrities seeking peace and privacy, with the pair now said to be joining the likes of the Beckhams in calling it home.

Sources say the music icons are in the final stages of acquiring 58 acres of land just outside the quiet village of Wigginton. Planning permission has already been granted for what’s described as a 'spectacular rural estate'.

Drone footage reveals a vast stretch of open fields, a shack-like structure, and an algae-filled lake.

Wigginton itself is a tiny village with no pub or shops; it has two churches and a charming community book swap.

While some locals aren't familiar with Beyoncé and Jay-Z, others in the neighbourhood are concerned about a potential spike in property prices once Queen B moves in.
