Alleged crime kingpin Katiso “KT” Molefe will report to court on Tuesday morning for a consolidation of the cases against him.
Molefe was granted R400,000 bail by the Johannesburg High Court in October.
He is accused of the murder of several high-profile individuals, including Oupa Sefoka, known as DJ Sumbody.
The last time Molefe attended proceedings at the Alexandra Magistrates Court, he was in police custody and was brought for judgment on bail, which was denied.
But after the Johannesburg High Court overturned this decision, Molefe will come to court as a free member of the public.
His cases are set to be consolidated ahead of his trial.

When Molefe was arrested in 2024, it was in connection with the murder of Vereeniging engineer Armand Swart.
Police further linked him through firearms to the murders of popular musicians DJ Sumbody and DJ Vintos, whose real name Hector Buthelezi.
Molefe will make an appearance alongside his accomplices – the alleged hitmen.
The State wants Molefe to be tried for the matters against him in a single court.
