Moloi says he feels positive after being reelected for another four-year term.
Following the success of Team SA at the Olympics and World Relay Championships, he aims to attract sponsors to prioritise the needs of its athletes.

With the addition of Puma’s sponsorship, Moloi has called out to corporations for funding.
“I know what they [the athletes] want… they want progress, I’ve got a plan for them. A plan to take them forward, to increase the number of races and increase incentives for them.”

ASA was grilled in Parliament in April over its deregistration and the board’s decision to allow acting CEO Terrence Magogodela to stay on after he paid back public money he had stolen.

Moloi says a neutral panel will be put into place to appoint a new CEO.
“We want to speed up the process as soon as possible… I don’t want to go to parliament and answer those questions, because I understand the frustrations because the organisation will not be stable.”
