Cape Town may see movement in PRASA Service Level Plan soon - GroundUp
The service level plan between City of Cape Town and PRASA has still not been finalised.

The Service Level Plan between the City of Cape Town and the Passenger Rail Agency of SA (PRASA) was the first step towards the city taking over the management of passenger rail.
However, the deal has still not been finalised.
October says the City has signed off on the plan, but it cannot be implemented just yet.
“There are a few legal matters they still need to sort out.”

PRASA and the City are expected to meet next week to sort out the final details.
“We could see something happening quite soon.”
