What should have been a day of celebration turned into a day of horror when a man ploughed his car through Liverpool’s Premier League victory parade.
Forty-seven people were injured, including four children. Twenty-seven of those injured needed hospitalisation.
A 53-year-old British man believed to be the driver of the car has been arrested.
“The one eyewitness said he saw someone fly several feet into the air.”

Police are saying the driver is not linked to any terrorist organisations.
