Sundowns will face Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund in their second group clash in the FIFA Club World Cup in the United States.
Despite winning their first game against South Korea’s Ulsan, the South African side will have to put in the work.
Dortmund will be looking for a win after drawing in their first game against Brazil’s Fluminense.

“Sundowns will know going into this game that they’re not playing your regular opponent… and certainly not the kind of opponent that they faced in their first game.”
– Benjamin Leshoro, sports journalist
While Sundowns can meet Dortmund's piercing attack, they will have to dig deep on the defence.
“I don’t think Sundowns know how to play a defensive type of football. It’s just not in their DNA, because of the way they have been so dominant here.”
– Benjamin Leshoro, sports journalist
