Motorists returning from their long weekend festivities are encouraged to buckle up and travel cautiously as they return home.

The N3 Toll Concession (N3TC) expects traffic volumes to increase toward Gauteng from 10 am today (21 April), with heavy traffic likely to continue until 8 pm.

“Road users are requested to #RemainVigilant at all times and to stay informed of prevailing conditions and possible disruptive incidents,” says Thania Dhoogra, CEO of the N3TC.

“Carefully plan your trip, but be ready to quickly adjust your plans and driving style to possible hazards that may impact your safety, convenience, and mobility.”

“We consider every road user a vital part of our road safety team and appeal to each one of them to keep road safety top of mind. Please share the road responsibly.”
