23-year-old Valeria Marquez was shot and killed inside her beauty salon in Jalisco, Mexico.

Marquez was livestreaming on TikTok at the time of her death, and said she was waiting for a courier to deliver a gift, moments before she was killed.

Police say two men in motorcycles arrived at the salon and one asked if she was Valeria before shooting her.

She reportedly looked away from the camera before clutching her stomach and chest and collapsing. Another person quickly switched off the livestream.

Her death is being investigated as a case of femicide.
