Prince Al-Waleed bin Khaled Al-Saud (36) was left in a coma for 20 years after a devastating car accident in London when he was 15.
The Saudi Royal suffered a brain haemorrhage and internal bleeding from the crash and was kept in the hospital on a ventilator.
He became known as the ‘sleeping prince’ as he never regained consciousness after the crash.
