The bar only showcases South African wines.
"We would like to help educate audiences on the phenomenal quality of some of the wines that are being produced here... We have a focus on small-batch winemakers who have a moral and ethical approach... We know our audiences are absolutely going to love these wines."
- Ella Spira, Igoli Bar
"... South African fine wines are very much part of a luxury lifestyle..."
- Ella Spira, Igoli Bar
"We hope that there will be people who already know about South African wine who will come and learn from particular winemakers we're working with... more important to us is to introduce new people to the quality of these South African wines... We'll have a rotating wine list, and there'll be a few winemakers who we'll continue to work with."
