The digital age has drastically changed the way people communicate with each other - as well as how these messages can be used in legal battles.

Thomson says it's important to be aware of the implications of things like screenshots, and how we are using these platforms.

Thomson stresses that it's important to always exercise caution, regardless of how you're communicating with your partner, as seemingly private flirtation could become evidence at a later stage.
