WATCH: Darren shares best 'dad advice' he's ever heard... yes, there were tears
Darren, Sherlin and the Kfm fam also shared advice their dad's have shared with them in a sentimental moment that'll get you right in the feels...
Father and son talking
Kfm Mornings with Darren, Sherlin and Sibs got emotional and it was contagious.
The tear-jerking moment happened when Darren relayed a simple, yet "profound" question to the team: what’s the greatest gift your dad ever gave you?
It's that one thing your dad has ever said or done that you will remember and apply throughout your lifetime.
The Kfm Mornings team got real with their answers and we recommend some tissues right about now...
Darren says his dad told him "if you're faced with two decisions and you're not sure which one to take, always take the more difficult one, that's the right one."
Darren says he's applied this piece of advice to every time he's had to face a crossroad and it's the greatest gift his dad has ever given him because it got him where he is today.
For Sherlin, it's her "Papsie wapsie's" three words of wisdom: "Werk is lekker".
Sherlin reminisces saying, she grew up in a home where both her parents woke up very early to work but her dad worked two jobs to ensure that their kids had the best.
"He would come back very late, very dirty and dusty and we never felt sorry for him because... werk is lekker... so when I get up early for work now, it's very easy for me too because werk is lekker, dis lekker om te lewe -- it is a gift to be able to work and to be alive and that is the absolute best gift he has given me."
How's the tears? Darren also shared what he think is "the best" answer to this question...
This one was shared by @louisdavis on TikTok.
P.S... if you hadn't shed a tear yet, this one might just get you in the FEELS...
"I think one of the best gifts my dad ever gave me was that he just loved my mum my whole life. I just watched my hero love my mum... the person I looked up to the most... and when I did see them fight, I always got to watch them resolve. So, I learnt this process of loving someone isn't perfect but there is a process of resolution."

As Darren says, "that's the basis for everything!"
Of course, the Kfm fam shared advice from their dads' too and it was just beautiful -- watch below:
