CapeTalk's John Maytham interviews Daily Maverick journalist, Estelle Ellis.

The four elephants being transported on a truck that overturned on the Olifantskop Pass in the Eastern Cape on Wednesday arrived safely at their new home, Samara Karoo Reserve, early Thursday morning.
Upon arrival, the elephants were seen calmly exploring the riverbank of their new home, showing no signs of injury or distress and settling in "right at home," says Ellis.
These elephants were donated to the reserve by SANParks as part of a larger initiative to reintroduce elephants to the Camdeboo region.
Sarah Tompkins, co-founder of Samara Karoo Reserve, said that they are grateful that the elephants are safe.
This translocation is a vital part of South Africa's ongoing elephant conservation efforts, aimed at expanding suitable habitats to ensure the species thrives.
"On the face of it and on the report facts of it, this is a very exciting programme."
