It's not impossible for things to crawl up from the toilet bowl... and it happened to a man in France.
A Frenchman was shocked to discover an unwanted guest in his bathroom: a mischievous rat that found its way into his home through the toilet.
After the video circulated on social media, reactions poured in... some people were shocked, others horrified, but the majority couldn’t resist being punny making 'Shatatouille' puns, drawing comparisons to the animated film Ratatouille, which tells the story of a sewer-dwelling rat that secretly becomes a celebrated chef—until his culinary success comes crashing down when diners discover a rodent was behind the dishes they loved.
"I almost felt sorry for the rat who looked very perturbed as he poked his head out of the toilet bowl... it's amusing and a bit horrifying", says Friedman.
Friedman also notes how observant social media users were as some wondered why this man had a camera in the bathroom?!
