The international community is calling for restraint as nuclear powers India and Pakistan exchange deadly blows.
On Wednesday India launched deadly airstrikes on Pakistan and Pakistan-administered Kashmir in retaliation for a gun attack in the Indian controlled part of Kashmir last month.
26 people were killed in the gun attack, most of which were Indian tourists according to Dehli.
Devadas says these tourists were stopped and asked their religion, and those who said they were Hindu were killed.
Muslims who tried to defend the Hindus were also killed he continues.
“There was a wave of rage across India.”

Devadas claims India is specifically targeting places that are believed to be training centres for Islamist terrorists in Pakistan.
Since the air strike cross-border shelling has continued.

However, Devadas says both sides have shown some restraint in not having their fighter jets cross the borders.
“The world is on tenterhooks because both are nuclear armed.”
