Man arrested for allegedly robbing hiker at Lion's Head
A joint operation between SANParks, Cape Town Metro Police, and law enforcement officers located the suspect and retrieved the female hiker's belongings.

CAPE TOWN - A man has been arrested for allegedly robbing a female hiker at Lion's Head.
It's understood that the suspect robbed the woman of her belongings while hiking in the area on Sunday.
A joint operation between SANParks, Cape Town Metro Police, and law enforcement officers located the suspect and retrieved the female hiker's belongings.
Table Mountain National Park manager, Megan Taplin, has thanked the teams for the swift arrest.
"The suspect was arrested, and the victim has opened a case with the South African Police Services. Our teams will continue to monitor this area and ensure the safety of the park users."
