Ramokgopa recovering after Sunday car crash

The Minister of Electricity managed to escape Sunday afternoon’s accident unscathed, with his spokesperson saying that he didn’t need to be admitted to hospital.

JOHANNESBURG - Minister of Electricity Kgosientsho Ramokgopa is recovering after a car crash.
 
His spokesperson, Tsakane Khambane, said the accident took place on Sunday afternoon.
 
It's understood that Ramakgopa was travelling from North West to Gauteng with two protectors at the time.
 
Ramokgopa managed to escape the accident unscathed, and Khambane said he did not need to be admitted to hospital.
 
Khambane said everyone involved in Sunday’s accident received prompt medical attention.
 
After a thorough examination, she said Ramokgopa was discharged, adding that the minister was doing well.
 
He wished those injured in the accident a speedy recovery, and also offered his best wishes to all those affected.
