One lane from Lebowakgomo to Polokwane has been closed following a head-on collision between two vehicles at Sefateng Ga-Chuene on Friday.
The Limpopo Department of Transport and Community Safety said emergency services are currently on the scene.
Department spokesperson Mashudu Mabata has advised motorists to be vigilant and adhere to traffic rules.
