DURBAN - African National Congress (ANC) provincial chairperson in KwaZulu-Natal, Siboniso Duma, said that the party had no excuse not to deliver services to communities.
Duma called out party leaders at a local government level, stating that they needed to respond to community issues.
The provincial party leader spoke while campaigning in Port Shepstone on Saturday ahead of upcoming by-elections.
Duma said that some residents had raised concerns about arrogant ANC leaders, which he said, must come to an end.
"There is no excuse whatsoever that we must not deliver. We must deliver because people are looking for new opportunities on the issue of unemployment and issue of infrastructure development," said Duma.
