This puts FlySafair’s international licenses at risk.

According to Leitch, IASC will rule by the end of November about what action must be taken.

He says that FlySafair may be able to reshape its ownership structure to meet the requirements and continue to fly.

At this stage the airline’s operations are unaffected.

“I am very hopeful that they will agree to a remedy and there will not be a disruption of services.”
