Van Eck recommends getting all your food and extras included in your booking; that way everything is covered, and you can avoid any disappointment. 

“It’s important to book early… if you don’t stay in self-catering accommodation, see what the inclusions of the food at [at the hotel] are, get menus in advance… it’s more affordable at the end of the day if you buy fully inclusive packages.”
