It's Thursday which means Van der Westhuizen is testing out something new.
This week, the fitness enthusiast tested out sleepwear from N3YH which can also be worn as activewear or a daily outfit that's local and ethically made.
N3YH is a South African eco-luxe brand which produces activewear, loungewear and sleepwear using bamboo to create timeless pieces.
The brand believes in making sustainable clothing stylish as they enforce the slow fashion revolution with fabrics that are all eco-friendly, recycled and sustainable.
The team is proudly South African, which means all funds go back into the local economy while creating jobs, which means it can be pricier.
"You are paying for good quality," says Van der Westhuizen.
She says the best part about the sleepwear other than its very chic beautiful design, is the breathability and hypoallergenic features, courtesy of the bamboo material.
"This is sleepwear but you'd want to wear it outside because it's all-in-one and a nice piece to have in your fitness, wellness and health box that just helps you sleep better."
Plus, the organic bamboo material makes for a buttery feel with a relaxed fit.
